Dear Sir/ Mdm I have been in the education sector for 16 years and have also worked in various industries for an additional 15 years. The management experience in diversified areas and adapting to cultural diversity over the years is what I will educate the learners. I teach adult learners of all ages and from multicultural nationalities in courses for the diploma, bachelor's, and master's degrees in various business management subjects, and conduct workshops and seminars. Besides delivering lectures and tutorials, I assess student assignments, reports, and examination papers and grade student performance. I closely monitor student progress, supervise research students, and regularly discuss their progress and aspirations with them. I was on the Examination Boards and an academic advisor. I have organised seminars, workshops and been a speaker at conferences. During my full-time employment, I plan courses in consultation with other staff members, arrange course timetables, and serve on the departmental committee that handles general departmental and administrative concerns. I have also assisted in promoting and developing courses with the marketing and sales teams.
