Assistant IT engineer

• Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets
• Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.
• Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.
• Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third-party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime
• Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications and network components
• Configure mobile computing, remote access, and applications for Windows
• Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems. Perform tasks requiring a high level of skill and patience.
• Troubleshoot and identify hardware issues of Laptop (e.g., faulty screens, hard drives, power issues, damaged ports)
• Diagnose software-related problems (e.g., OS crashes, slow performance, malware, application errors).
• Disassemble laptops to access internal components and replace or repair damaged parts such as LCD screens, batteries, keyboards, trackpads, memory, or motherboards
• Reinstall or update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) as needed and install and configure drivers and software updates.

Test & Repair Engineer

• Tester installation, re-configuration and firmware upgrade
• Replace faulty components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc.) and Re-solder connections and rework PCB assemblies to correct defects
• Record defects, root causes, and repairs for quality tracking and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as defined by the service engineering team.
• Troubleshoot hardware or software problems in electronic circuits, PCBs (printed circuit boards), or devices
• Proficient with test equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, etc
• Strong understanding of electronics, circuits, and embedded systems.
• Perform functional and automated tests on repaired units and ensure repaired devices meet original specifications
• Soldering and rework skills (manual and hot-air rework stations).
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (for automated tests).
• Debugging tools: JTAG, in-circuit emulators, serial debuggers.

• Involve in machine conversion, new set up and optimization, recipe creation to support new products for productions and engineering.
• Support implementation of engineering test program and test scripts base on customer request.
• To assist engineer in process monitoring, attend line issues, root causes finding which includes traceability and lot disposition.
• Write technical reports, develop charts, graphs to describe and illustrate a system operating characteristics.
• Support test equipment set-up, installation, operation, preventive maintenance, down time and test yield.
• Strong hand on experience in trouble shooting electronics circuitry to repair and replace tester parts.
• Manage PM scheduling, perform equipment and machine PM/Work order update and maintain maintenance schedules and other records on equipment.
• Maintain 5s for machine at production, floor and spare part cabinet at all times.
• Meet all company requirements 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.

• Troubleshoot PCBA and provide failure analysis data to support yield Improvement and evaluation.
• Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products.
• To maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel.
• Assembly/system level troubleshooting to component level Field board debugging and analyzing failure boards.
• Highly efficient application of analysis and repair in order to meet department goals for minimal test downtime
• Perform failure analysis on all test fallouts (PCBA).
• Responsible in debugging test failure units and ensure Work in Progress (WIP) status complies with Department goal
• Closely monitor test yield and take necessary action on improvement activity.
• Closely work with engineers & production to ensure smooth line operation
