• Inspections on Incoming Raw Materials as per specifications that are provided.
• Inspections on Daily Outgoing Finished Goods as per specifications.
• Monitoring daily in-process methods in production area.
• Inspections on existing finished goods, raw materials, returned goods from customer side or rejected goods and issuing Non-Conformance Report if needed.
• Inspections on finished goods or raw materials at customer side if needed incase there is a request from customer side.
• Controlling or monitoring the correct yields that are generating for every batches of Finished Goods at production area.

• Leads a team of porter and ensures supervision and training to the team

• Deliver quality pottering services to patients and staffs in the hospital

• Attend to inquiries from internal staff/external persons immediately and give appropriate advice if applicable

• Maintains proper filling system for purpose of submission of daily tasks.

• Engage users on a periodic basis,update supervisors on their concern and addresses them

• Investigate out of specification test results with immediate feedback to QC Manager or designate for subsequent action.

• Report to Superior the status out specification test results due to product failure or test deviation and its investigation results.

• Prepare and update test specification/work instructions/procedures for quality control.

• Efficient quality checking and releasing of products or materials parts in the respective section of departments.

• Accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Perform finish products testing and interpret results according to protocol by using compendial or in-house methods.

• To analyses liquid oral solution like suspension andelixir.

• Studies the chemical composition.

• Prepare mobile phase for HPLC (Shimadzu).

• Prepare coloring reagents for titrimetric analysis.

• Calibration of pH meter, analytical balance and microbalance.

• Screening HPV positive cervical cancer cells for the sign of N-CoR misfolding.

• Investigating the role of HPV in the misfolding and loss of N-CoR protein.
