• Detailed study of assembly drawings and preparation of

technical sheet using excel and SAP

• Major dealing with SAP upload and feasibility study along

with the internal discussions and informing the customers

regarding the errors.

• Preparation of commercial offer and final submission of

offer to the relevant sales/customer.

• 3D modelling using creo parametric.
• Cutting drawing preparation using autocad and creo

parametric.

• Dealing offer preparation for America, China, Japan and

France plants also.

• Communication with sales engineering's regarding the

clarifications and detailing the offers.

• Preparation of FDTAP sheet for customer clarification.
• Handling global sales engineering's regarding their offer

required.

• Trial article creation for plants.
• Communication with supply chain team and planning

team regarding the delivery details of the products

considering customer requirements and will inform the

details to sales engineering's

ORDER MANAGEMENT

• Preparation of cutting layout and global split-up and re-

layout of the drawings

• Provide green signal to the plant for starting production
• Technical study and final clarification sent to sales

engineers regarding order.

• Will update the sales and production team about the order

and do follow-up till the manufacturing is over.

• Designing of control valves using AUTO CAD and Solid Works
• Practicing ASME Standards
• Calculation of valve designing equations
• Self checking and revision of drawings
• Preparing general arrangement drawings
• Preparing schematic diagram for pneumatic circuits
• Maintaining a document management system (Excel)
