- Conduct daily site safety inspection and compile daily and monthly safety documents
- Implement safety and health standards / regulations formulated for the worksite
- Safety enforcement on all site personnel
- Maintain site safety records
- Coordinate with the various sub-contractors / nominated sub-contractors on matters pertaining to safety and health of the workplaces
- Conduct safety talks / tool box meetings
- Promote safety awareness among sub-contractors and workers
- Recommend safety measures to all site personnel including Engineers, Site supervisors / Foremen, Subcontractors and Nominated sub-contractors for implementation
- Implement safety training and campaign programs
- Supervise the erection of safety features
- Implement Organization's Safety, Health & Environment Management System and oversee physical implementation at the workplace
- Identify and report any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions inside the workplace
- Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe conditions/material/equipment
- Collate all inspection findings and observations for the perusal of the management
- Any other safety and health related duties that are assigned by the management
