- Facilities Management: Plan and coordinate all maintenance & installations with term contractors. Supervise all facilities related staff (CC staff and cleaners) in ensuring CC is a safe and clean environment for all
- Financial Compliance: Ensuring my team in compiling to PA's financial guidelines such as procurement, relevant approving authority and proper book keeping
- During COVID-19 (2020 to 2022), I had to opportunity to lead and participate in different COVID-19 Operations such as mask distribution, TraceTogether Token, Temporary Relief Fund, Seniors Vaccination Outreach at my Pasir Ris West constituency
