I was born in Ipoh (Malaysia), a small town in state of Perak. Graduated from BBA (Hons with Logistics & Transportation), being worked for more than 10 years in different company.
At first I started in Forwarding Company (KWE) as Management Trainee, it was a great experience for fresh graduate because I was choosen by GM to join the project team over Melacca to support local Warehouse. First time seeing the Inventory Accuracy 70%, it was a huge challenge for me to follow tight and catch up all the tasks given.
After a challenging year in Melacca, I was appointed to Penang and serve my Client - Keysight Technologies in house Logistics Lead represent KWE. A new platform to me because I have to handle external & internal customer, I'm glad that I have my mentor to guide me at the moment, taught me a lot of things.
After that, I was being hired by Keysight Technologies to become Malaysia Logistics Team Lead to handle the Operation for service centre. It was a good milestone and memories because I met a lot of great leaders and customers, of course not to forget those make me sleepless night, anxiety, pressure. But that's what make me stronger and grow.
My latest job is Senior Planner for Malaysia & Thailand under Asurion Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd, I've been working remotely since year 2020 (due to Covid) after that I've applied to Work From Home (WFH). It is a very peaceful and great team work company, I loves the vibe of management on how supportive they being for employees. The working experience is slightly different from my previous job because it is mainly about Supply Chain, I have no access to Logistics in Asurion.
It is always HOW and LET'S DO IT for me, if the plan doesn't work, change the plan not goal. :)
