  • The Project consists of eighteen 2MW DRUP units, six 5MW air cooled chillers that operate on a variable flow system generating cooling for CRAC’s, CRAH’s, AHU’s, PAHU’s & FCU’s
  • The buildings consisted of 10 Data Suites, and has a maximum GFA of 24,999 [m2]
  • The total load of the building is 30[MW] was a technical Load designed for 19.75 [MW] for each data suit and 250 [KW} for MMR
  • The annualized PUE for the entire facility is 1.4 and the building will achieve Green Mark Platinum and LEED Gold
  • Managing ELV system such as CCTV, Fire alarm , gas detection , PA ,security system and BMS /EPMS system for all design and installation with various system application team and system integration

  • A fast track casino complex consisting of a high rise hotel development, Data Centers, Telecommunication Rooms (TR) dinning, retail, convention, spa, entertainment, gamming, Junkets, parking and related support facilities
  • The contract award included the provisions for all Podium LV electrical installation comprising of the submain distribution, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Central Battery System, lighting, small power, earthing and lightning protection
  • This included the bespoke Primary and Secondary data centers, designed to ANSI/TIA-942 telecommunications infrastructure standards to achieve a Tier 3 standard
  • Both data centers were located over 150m apart and connected with redundant pathways to provide an uninterrupted back up services
  • The cooling requirements for the room included floor mounted CRAC units with a hot aisle thermal containment system with return air plenum above
  • Engineered and overcame a number of spatial constraints for the UPS installation in order to achieve an isolated redundant system that was independent of one another and served with an external bypass switch with separate feeds from alternative sources
  • Completed 86 Telecommunication rooms that were distributed across the property to support the structured cabling, voice/data, audio video and security & surveillance equipment
  • Each room consisted of overhead multi-level cable ladder, UPS supply and was all connected to both data centers with metal trunking as the primary pathway
  • Successfully executed the IST that was undertaken to prove the performance of the facility against the owner’s project requirements
  • This included demonstrating a fully automated system with various loads to ensure the proper response to any equipment and utility power failure
  • Responsible for the L1 for all plant room and data center for primary and secondary data center , management of the contract including the planning, construction and commissioning of the works with over direct staff and150 workers at the peak operation

  • The air conditioning systems comprised of a series of fresh air handling units and over 2,000 fan coil units
  • Overcoming the logistical constraints with regards to the site access and material storage for the heavy equipment involved for the project milestone completion
  • Preparing detailed working and sequencing plans with the site team and respective subcontractors in order to safely execute the works
  • Managing the commissioning activities and awarding the respective contracts for CHW flushing and T&C works, including the necessary arrangement for the temporary cooling required for the ongoing trades
