
A diploma graduate in Hotel and hospitality management from Republic Polytechnic (RP). Currently working fulltime at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach from August 2024 till present. I had two wonderful internship opportunities with Grand Corthorne Waterfront (GCW) and Mandarin Oriental Singapore (MOSIN). I am a driven, disciplined and ambitious individual whom would give my very best at work without fail. 1. Food and Beverage Operation Runner
(September 2021-November 2021)
- Delivering Orders: Transporting food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to customers promptly.
- Ensuring Accuracy: Double-checking orders to ensure they match customer requests.
- Assisting with Table Setup: Helping set tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes and maintaining cleanliness.
- Restocking Supplies: Keeping service areas stocked with essentials.
- Coordinating with Staff: Communicating with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
- Handling Customer Requests: Addressing inquiries and assisting with special requests.
- Maintaining Hygiene Standards: Ensuring food safety and cleanliness protocols are followed.
2. Housekeeping Runner
(November 2021- March 2022)
- Transporting Linens and Amenities: Delivering fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities to housekeeping pantries.
- Responding to Guest Requests: Quickly fulfilling housekeeping-related guest requests, such as extra pillows or toiletries.
- Assisting with Room Setup: Helping housekeeping staff prepare rooms by delivering necessary supplies.
- Maintaining Storage Areas: Organizing and restocking housekeeping closets and supply rooms.
