• Roles and Responsibilities:
• · Remote and on-site technical healthcare IT support for Enterprise Imaging Solutions
• (PACS), and Radiology Information System (RIS) for Radiology & Cardiology workflow.
• · Ownership and management of customer incidents to resolution within agreed SLA.
• · Responsible for handling service Tier 2 and Tier 3 support calls, analyzing problems to close incidents in service now.
• · Escalating problems, as needed, on behalf of the customers to appropriate technical resources, coordinating global interaction between Global Support Network (GSN) staff and third-party vendors.
• · Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem-solving.
• · Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records promptly.
• · Completing the mandatory training and timesheet management as per company policy.
• · Perform Enterprise Imaging PACS/RIS / Rhapsody Implementations regionally.
• · Perform system Integration Testing with the EMR team, UAT testing, End to End
• workflow testing, & participating in a dry run before going live.
• · Assist with Data migration from third Party PACS vendors.
• · Work closely with the Project manager to complete the complex IT projects.
• · Technical Pre-sales for requirement gathering, software architecture workbook, POC.
• Gap analysis, statement of Work, drafting the change requests proposals.
• · Implementing custom Interfaces to integrate third-party applications
• Maintained productive, collaborative relationships with physicians, others in clinical leadership roles to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Support and Project Implementation of Healthcare IT Projects for India
 Projects Completed (India):
· Forklift Upgrade of PACS and RIS at SCTIMST, Trivandrum, Kerala.
· Implementation of PACS, RIS including Web Viewer Portal at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai.
· Tech refresh of PACS and new RIS at PD Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai.
· Vendor Neutral Archive implementation and Support for TATA Communications.

Primarily responsible for technical service support for linear accelerator systems used in Radiotherapy.
