I was also very fortunate to be given a mentorship opportunity with Dr Sanjay through the NUS MedEngage Camp, where I was mentored for a period of around 8 months at his clinic.
- Observed Dr Sanjay's consultation procedure for his patients, understanding how he diagnoses and treats the patients.
- Observed Dr Sanjay diagnose more than 30 patients daily,
- Learned how to ask the proper questions in order to achieve an accurate final diagnosis.
- Introduced to rare conditions or diseases that a patient might have.
- Assisted in the registration of patients.
- Gained knowledge of clinic policies and protocols.
