· Manage customer purchase orders, backorders and replacement order.
· Developing continuous relationship with supplier, forwarder agent and warehousing.
· Prepare logistics freight cost for FCL,LCL and Airfreight for Import, Export and cross trade project.
· Negotiation freight cost with forwarder agent and courier service to get best rate
· Submit freight pricing comprising report to H&M Procurement Manager.
· Monitor warehousing goods in and out, inventory report and mock up report
· Liaise with warehouse on the receiving/transferring/export of items & packing information.
· Control inventory stock and warehouse operation.
· Prepare stocktake supporting document and do stock count.
· Provide supporting document for auditor for audit purpose.
· Prepare Commercial Invoice/Packing List for shipment arrangement.
