When study in Taiwan, because of unique background ( Indian but adopted by Chinese family since born), so had been choose by head department to be a Host on a semester opening ceremony for once. And also, chose by classmate to be a Host again on a small Christmas event which organized by our class. Was working in Taiwan and UK as a part time waiter for a period of time, used to have conversation with customers.
After few years working in Singapore, have been improving a lot of knowledges about F&B industry more in Wine tasting( Genearl Knowledge of white wine, red wine and sake with food pairing), Food preparation ( basic preparation before operation and food allergen) and service ( communication with customer) . And also create own regular customer.
