  • Manage multiple big projects for Traffic Solution for APAC region:
  • Point of contact / in charge of handling end-to-end Average Speed System project in Singapore
  • Close involvement to develop Functional Specification Document (FSD), design and customize Network and Firewall Diagram (NFD) to suit client's needs as well as build effective relationships with leaders across functions to facilitate growing trust with clients
  • Act as the main focal point liaison (i.e. Service Delivery) and face-off to interact and manage APAC clients / Government Public Officials for multi-million USD projects

  • Being selected to represent APAC to participate in Vector P2P Training and Certification in Monheim, Germany and Bracknell, United Kingdom and in charge of all setup demo system (hardware & software) for other APAC countries. To date, setup demo successfully implemented in Malaysia, India and Singapore
  • Incident Management:
  • Manage the process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations;
  • Plan and coordinate all the activities required to solve, monitor and report any incident;
  • Communicate with involved stakeholders by ensuring the SLAs are respected and proper closure of all incidents in timely manner
  • Part of change management team:
  • Coordinate efforts with other Specialist;
  • Integrate change management into project plan;
  • Manage expectation through effective communication skill to update the relevant stakeholders on the holistic overview i.e. status, blocker, timeline, etc
