With a diverse professional journey that spans from E-Commerce Logistics Finance, Music, Customer Service, and Hospitality, I bring a unique blend of organizational skills, creativity, and interpersonal abilities. My career has so far allowed me to work across multiple industries, gaining valuable insights along the way, and honing a variety of transferable skills. Over the past year, I have worked in the logistics industry, specifically within the finance department, where I focus on managing the payment process, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely payments, tracking the aging report, managing, and reconciling the billing, and invoice process to maintain accuracy in records, and documentation.
Alongside my role in logistics, I have spent over two years working as both a part-time, and freelance piano teacher. Through teaching, I developed strong leadership and communication skills, while my freelance work and participation in piano competitions strengthened my discipline, time management, and resilience. These experiences have shaped my ability to balance multiple responsibilities and stay focused under pressure.
Building on these skills, I pursued a degree in Economics and Finance, which provided me with a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Currently, I also work as a Front Office Host, where I handle guest interactions and ensure a seamless experience. This role has further refined my multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal abilities, reinforcing my adaptability in diverse professional environments.
With a strong foundation in various disciplines, I aim to leverage my expertise to support innovative solutions, and drive growth. I believe that my diverse experience allows me to approach challenges from multiple perspective, and foster creativity, and efficiency in problem-solving. I am committed to continuous learning, and I crave new experiences, and to adapt to new environments, ensuring that my contributions are both impactful, and relevant.
