With a strong foundation in insurance management, I began my career as part of the insurance management team, where l led and supported a team of 20 insurance advisors. My responsibilities included conducting regular training sessions, introducing innovative sales strategies, motivating advisors, and closely monitoring their performance to ensure consistent growth and achievement of sales targets. Through effective leadership and team development, I was recognized as one of the top-performing managers for several consecutive years.

In pursuit of new challenges and personal growth, I transitioned into a front-line role as an insurance advisor three years ago. Since making the switch, I have maintained a high level of performance, culminating in my most recent achievement as a 2025 MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member, a prestigious recognition in the global insurance and financial services industry.

Additionally, my dedication and consistent results have earned me company incentive trips for the past two years — to Japan in 2024 and Almaty in 2025 — a testament to my continued excellence in sales and client service.
