Designed seasonal styles according to upcoming trends, target audience needs and popular color palettes for Adultwear, Kidswear and Baby.(e.g CNY Collection, Resort Series, Party Series)
Perform a range of market trends research to pitch ideas for collections as well as research on competitor activity.
Worked with technical design to provide accurate and complete design tech packs for our factories in China for production and samples
Liaising with China factories and communicating in Chinese.
Overseeing that approved samples are made to the latest amendments and production goes smoothly.
Responsible for moderating size and fit, across all collections
Negotiated with vendors to reach ideal product distribution channels and pricing.
Supervised new design staff and interns in their daily tasks, such as machine embroidery and design work
Responsible for managing our machine embroidery personalisation and developing structure and templates for optimal work output.
Worked as a wardrobe stylist to coordinate and prepare family outfits for photoshoots. Worked with photographers to ensure products are showcased for optimal visibility.
