• Operates and maintains 24x7 operations of end-to-end technical services and first line recovery of Astro DTH, IPTV, Astro GO, Njoi Now, Data Centre and IVP platform.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, routing and preventive maintenance on broadcast systems and equipment.
• Assist in integration of new systems, system upgrades and system acceptance tests.
• Monitor audio/video quality on the system to ensure compliance with specifications and act accordingly immediately as per the SOP when required.
• Ensure timely rectification of technical issue and resolve Trouble Ticket (TT), prepare report, and implement process improvements to minimize TT resolution time.
• Attend and manage internal escalation/issue via JIRA ticketing & manage unresolved issue tickets and follow up on to ensure closure
• Provides a solution to customers regarding any technical complaints received through emails and BITS ticketing system.
• Created SOP’s to provide a better guideline to newcomers and others in handling issue and for a better understanding on the systems.
• Handled issue related to Digital services and follow up on the rectification process.
• Analysis overall network/system in Master Control Room and handles with smooth operation.
• Prepare end to end recovery plan for major live event and high-profile event for smooth transmission.
• Ensure timely checked on the system and follow up with Project team and vendor in upgrading the systems.
• Communicate and escalate the issue with internal parties on incidents or planned activities to manage customer complaints and prepared back up plan to overcome the disaster.
• Worked on major disaster recovery process by delegating task within departments and prepared a major backup recovery plan for faster recovery.
• Manage all the Astro Go, Disney + Hotstar, Netflix & and HBO Go issue and follow up on the closure and prepared all the escalation process to provide solution.
• Involved on EURO project by prepared the end-to-end recovery process and escalation flow
• Worked varied hours to meet seasonal and business needs.

• Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain an overview of the promotion production process and advise where necessary on refinements and enhancements for creative effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Work alongside the Head of TV and Managing Director to respond to feedback in a constructive and appropriate manner ensuring all changes and amends have been met.
• Devise, pitch and execute new ideas for seasonal stunts and On-Air Campaigns that bring expression and invigoration to the Brand Map.

• Work with a wide range of media formats that will include leading analogue to digital conversions, reformatting, and archival processes.
• Lead the assessment, implementation and execution of YR Media’s digital & analogue collection.
• Responsible for Media’s digital asset management and content management systems, design the implementation and management of Media’s unstructured data.
• Create workflows for accessing media content.
• Serve as a key resource to producers and designers on the asset production and management process.
• Educate, train, and follow up with internal teams to ensure successful use of the MAM.

• Conducted research on subjects before photo shoots and planned dynamic and unique photo sessions.
