- Tengah Plantation Close - This is a Executive Condominium Housing Development comprising of 1 Block 16 storey,1 block 17 storey,6 block 20 storey and a Basement Car Park for which we are providing all Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems.
- MRT - Jurong Regional Line (J108 & J110) - Supply and Installation of Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation for all Jurong Regional Line(Stage 2) here we do installation of mechanical ventilation systems.
- Youth Facility @ Jalan Bahar - This is 4 storey rehabilitation and residential center for at-risk youths for which we provide Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems.
