My previous role as an Operation Staff has equipped me with the knowledge and mindset to understand the challenges faced by my back end office, and in turn, it allows me to make reasonable promises to clients and internal stakeholders. As a Sales Manager, I have good networking and interpersonal skills to bring in business for the Company. With my previous role as an Portfolio Manager with SCB, I have acquired skills to be customer focused, while balancing against the challenges and conflict of interest between the Bank and the Customer. My role has also taught me to work autonomously and be answerable to my decision and responsibility. My current role has equipped me with strong understanding of trade credit insurance products, markets, and the relevant insurers. Additionally, this role has improved my communication, analytic, business development and operational skills. These experience has developed me to make sound judgement even under pressure and intensive workloads.
