Management, Execution & Rollout of Project as per Project Management :

  • Segregate the project activities into Project management Life cycle i.e. Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/controlling & Closing .
  • Identify Resources (Manpower & Machinery)- Resource to be used for Project roll out
  • Understand the SOW (Scope of Work) & Freeze the SOW till LLD (Low Level Diagram).
  • Kick-off meeting with customer to understand the Sow with other requirement & free the same.
  • Freeze the Summary budget of the Project.
  • Mark the Risks (High level Risks) involved in the project & prepare the Mitigation plan.
  • Decompose the SOW till WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) & further till work packages.
  • Preparing Scope Management Plan, project Scheduler (tool used by our organisation is MS project), Budget, Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Quality control & Assurance, procurement Mgmt., Communication management. Execution of planed activities as per project scheduler
  • Change Management with (Management & Customer) if any.
  • Preparing Estimated Mandays, Activity Sheet, Lesson learnt, Actual mandays document with PMO Desk.
  • Weekly Project Review (Both Internal & external)
