- Business partner to Commerical team, work closely with Commercial VP, Channel heads, and share the common goal of achieving company KPIs.
- Responsible for sales dashboard, management reports, P&L analysis, variance analysis.
- Perform Annual sales budgeting & forecasting, improve forecasting accuracy through in-depth analysis and communication with key stakeholders(7 business channels).
- Perform market competition analysis, market size, market share, market position, market strength, market profitability
- Support Channel strategic planning, and execution tracking.
- Analyze product profitability, volume, and Run rate, providing recommendations for product rationalizations.
- Analyze customer profitability, provide insights to Channel heads.
- Participate joint business planning and review with key business partners(Thailand, Brazil)
- Performed Vertical & Horizontal growth analysis, work with channel head to develop growth plan. Created universal customer list.

Project:
- Support Commercial VP for project sales planning, inventory analysis.
