1.Work with order fulfilment team to fulfil daily orders
2. Support Order Fulfilment Executive’s daily function (check status of shipment,
packing, liaise with logistics company to collect shipment) when required.
3. Scan WO Barcode in Shopfloor
4. Ensure all safety requirements in place
5. Manage Biz Safe and WSH documentation/Welding coordination
6. Upload relevant documents to customer’s portal
7. Other ad hoc duties when required by any team/function

• Manage schedule incoming job and interdepartmental communication for entire workshop department
• Quality check for specimen done
• Actively maintained product knowledge in order to answer basic support request
• Problem solve and handle many task on multiply project

• Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Got some experience in (SQL)accounting software, payroll software, (POS) software, Auto Count
• Updating system for employee customer
• Checked all completed updating system against client requirement
