  • Yard Manager (Operations), 01/01/2022, 12/31/2024, Responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the yard. Key roles in coordinating productions to ensure smooth and efficient operations output. Lead and enforces safe work practice in HSE management System on worksites. Stops any work or operation that violates HSE procedures / instructions or would endanger life / property. Maintains good housekeeping at the worksites. Setting clear direction in safety and be responsible for constructions and operational activities in yard. Conduct incident reviews and conduct JHA for critical activities in lifting/testing operations. Implement and ensure Yard work regulation compliance on site. Instill disciplines and set clear expectation for onsite punctuality and work quality awareness. Play key roles in daily stemming meetings and attend daily/weekly senior management meetings. Plan yard daily vessel movements and maintain effective utilizations of dry docks and yard quay spaces. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity on sections KPIs. Oversee all sections managers, ensured smooth transitions between project areas, across sites and between key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, subcontracting, procurement, logistics, engineering and inter discipline coordination. Oversee the yard Repair team, from bidding technical queries to projects awarding, executions to delivery. Develop project management plans and work out detail timelines to support the tight schedule. Provide leadership and direction to Project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget and within the given schedule. Well verse in short term and long-term projects execution. Manage CAPEX and OPEX and responsible for administrative activities. Manage contractors work safe committee and instill teamwork with the workforces.
