Management : Report to GM and manage a team of 2. Involve in HOD meeting and management strategy planning.
Export/Import : Coordinate with HQ, 3PL and freight forwarder for all incoming and outgoing shipment.
Inventory Planning : Work with planner in HQ on forecast and monthly review meeting with international support team on any inventory issues.
Warehouse Operations : Oversee warehouse operations and ensure daily operations is running smoothly.
Weekly/Monthly Reports : Weekly submission of inventory report and raise concern to HQ for any critical issues on inventory. Keep track on monthly sales report and monitor sales trend for better forecast in future.
Purchasing : Fully in charge of sourcing and purchasing of all packing material for daily operations usage.
Service provider management : Manage and work closely with 3PL for day-to-day operations. Constantly fine tune and improve processes to better manage customer expectations.
Stock count : Prepare and perform monthly/ yearly stock count, submit full stock count report to finance, investigate variances and reconcile variances in system.
Project accomplishment : Office relocation - In charge of logistic for office moving and set up of warehouse in office. Change Service Provider - Involved in sourcing for new service provider, identify and negotiate with potential provider. Fully in charge on the move of all inventories from old service provider to the new service provider, ensure that all set up are done in new facility and able to function before the deadline.
