  • Oversaw the roll-out of the eCRODA process for Embassy Jerusalem ACS sections. Substantially reduced CRODA processing times from days to several hours, issued 75 eCRODAs, and streamlined ACS service delivery.
  • Served as FAST Committee Co-Coordinator overseeing a program of 50 FAST officers. Secured funding and managed logistics for a delegation of 18 officers to attend the first ever NEA FAST conference in Amman.
  • Served for 6 months as Post’s Visas Viper coordinator. Established a process to nominate extremist settlers through the Viper framework, resulting in nominations for 20 individuals, strengthening U.S. border security.
