Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Reporting

● Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts

● Prepare comprehensive group management reports for the senior management team

● Develop monthly, forecast and budgeted management cash flow and balance sheet

● Timely and accurate preparation of holding company related reports, including monthly, quarterly forecast, interim, annual package and annual budget package

● Partner with external auditors to support interim and year-end audits

Group Reporting and Consolidation

● Manage consolidation for group reporting, including inter-company elimination entries and group adjustments

● Liaise with respective heads/managers to prepare head office budget and re-forecasts, and calculate inter-company elimination and non-controlling interest (NCI) and associates

Full Sets Accounting (Local & Foreign) and Financial Reporting

● Assume full responsibility for accounting functions, including budgeting, month-end closing, and auditing for both local and foreign entities

● Collaborate with managers to prepare head office budgets and re-forecasts, and assist with board papers preparation

● Prepare accruals/provisions, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and variance analysis reports as part of month-end closing procedures

● Manage audit planning, draft financial statements, liaise with auditors, and resolve audit queries to ensure timely completion of audits

• Responsible for partial sets of accounts for multiple accounts.

• Responsible for Accounts Receivables related work.
