Student in-charge (Class IC) in Wellness & Health Community Outreach Project, Singapore 2020 — 2021 The aim of the project was to raise awareness regarding common health topics in Singapore, promote healthy living and promote Singaporeans in making well-equipped health choices. The project was conducted asynchronous on Instagram and Facebook. Synchronous event was also conducted via Zoom and YouTube live. The contents of the project consists of 4 main topics: Chronic Disease Management, Stress and Mental Health, Antibiotics Resistance Awareness, and Medication Management. My role was to be in-charge of the 4 different sub topics on Stress and Mental Health which include stress, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. It was done together with my classmates where different posts was created for each sub topic to be posted on Instagram to spread the awareness of Stress and Mental Health.
