Physiotherapist with nine years of clinical experience and a strong passion for musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. I manage over 200 sports-injured patients annually, including ACL and meniscus repairs, ankle reconstructions, Achilles tendon repairs, tendinopathies, and complex muscle injuries, using an evidence-based practice and biopsychosocial approach to guide safe return-to-sport outcomes. I work closely with senior therapists and referring doctors to streamline post-operative protocols to optimize recovery time line, lead in-service presentations, mentor junior physiotherapists, and participate actively in case discussions using structured clinical reasoning frameworks. Outside the clinic, I also provide voluntary physiotherapy support to the local rock climbing community.
I am especially interested in the University of Adelaide’s Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy programme, where I hope to deepen my clinical reasoning, strengthen my understanding of contemporary pain theory, and gain exposure to Australia’s established sports rehabilitation practices. My long-term goal is to apply these insights to help advance the standard of sports rehabilitation in Singapore
