-Handling PO, DO, and billing to customer.

-Liaise with customers, transporter & carrier

-Issue the invoices and handle other administrative documents for the shipments

-Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies

-Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Set up, run and maintain manufacturing equipment and assembly processes to make distinct products in a discrete manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and check the product quality and document results.

• Strictly following health and safety procedures and protocols.

• Regular review of the production schedule.

• Routine operation of equipment including inspection,cleaning and maintenance in accordance with operational instructions.

• Documentation of routine manufacturing processes.

• Process all documents for receiving direct and indirect materials.

• Checking incoming material PO in SAP and receiving incoming material VMI & CMI into WMS.

• Receive raw materials and indirect from suppliers.

• Do GR and update stock order.

• Preparing shipment document.

• Perform check on physical and documentation of shipment to ensure all in order.

• Prepare document for shipment cargoes.

• Prepare work order for warehouse assistant.

• Conduct on-site inspections and submit inspection reports.

• Ensure QC specifications are adhered to for batches of material received in warehouse.

• Checking and sorting product.

• Identify and report non-conforming materials/defects and initiate corrective action.

• Maintain quality related data in the system.

• Ensure proper and up to date maintenance of QC equipment.

• Perform QC work instruction based on technical specs and client requirement.
