I am a graduate of Institute of Technical Education (ITE) with a NITEC Certificate in Business Services of Year 2022. In my course of study, I have acquired skills such as problem solving, customer relationship and effective communications just to name a few. My internship had greatly put my knowledge and skills to test with engaging with the various stakeholders in the company.


I am also fortunate to have worked with the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) where I have had the opportunity to attend countless of cases and handling with various kinds of travelers from all over the world. I have dealt with many ranging from different kinds of background and I have managed to overcome and deal with these kind of situations whenever it becomes a challenging one.
