- 2024, Quality: Contain and led the pad contamination issue at Testing Singapore
- 2022, Wirebond: Resolved wire oxidation issues by increasing the number of forming gas hole count at the bonding plate, remove split tubing of forming gas at the indexer and ensure no spike of O2 level at the indexer by using O2 analyzer.
- 2022, FAV: Resolved sticky leadframe issues on indexer by modifying the indexer track to have a minimal contact surface area with leadframe. Besides, placed a toray tape on track to ensure opposite static charge created hence frame will not stick on the track. Measure the static charge using static fieldmeter.
- 2021, FAV: Resolved dented leadframe issues by load sensor installation. Number of cases dropped from 2 cases to 0 case quarterly.
- 2019-2022, Greenline: Coordinate module greenline 2.0 projects. Project background to ensure machine performance stable. KPI measured is UDT, MTBA and machine appearance.
- 2021, EAV Data Quality: Non Defined Unit reduction from ~20% to 5% weekly by correcting the CEID used for inking steps from Normal Production to Rework EQSTAT.
