I have gone on overseas Medical Mission Work with the association of Wesley Methodist Church from 2008 till today. I've assisted and managed Mobile Clinics to several villages and towns in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and Timor Leste during that period. 

During these trips, we conduct health screening for these people . We also treat their acute and chronic illnesses. I also conducted simple health education on dental care such as the correct way of brushing teeth. We also educate the patients on how to manage their Chronic Health Diseases like Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus.

I used to do Taekwondo for 7 years from 2010 to 2016. I achieved a level of Black Belt Third Dan from the Singapore Taekwondo Federation. 

During my free time, I like to go Mountain Biking. I started this Hobby in 2016 till today to keep fit and healthy.
