- Check that bookings are accounted for.

- Handling the bookings for hotel rooms and passing the keys to the customers.

- Attending to the customer's needs with room service.

- Sharing product knowledge to customers.
- Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
- Assisting customers to provide good customer service.
- Handles Stock Take In & Out.
- Ensure customers clothes ready for pick up & tailored to customers satisfaction always.
