• Supporting up to 3 Sales Managers / Director of Sales
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Team
- Perform administrative functions within the Department, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate Departments on the property.
• Prepare Sales Agreement and addendum letters.
• Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Providing administrative assistance to Team members in Casino Licence Applications.
• Coordinating between Team members and CRA, for purpose of updates to personal particulars, in accordance to conditions of Special Employee Licence, by CRA.
• Timely monitoring and tracking of required documents for applications.
• Checking and submission of applications forms and required supporting documents.
