• Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions including recruitment, insurance, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
• Responsible for ensuring that the company's operations run effectively and efficiently and meet the applicable provisions and operational standards of the company's procedures as well as the standards desired by customers.
• Carry out company financial administration
• Prepare monthly reports: financial reports, bank account statements, petty cash
• Prepare and create company budgets periodically
• Responsible for payment of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Responsible for the billing / collection process to customers
• Responsible for creating tax invoices (Etax)
