  • Saved $51'000 for Singtel through effective negotiation with Learning providers for a 40% discount in vital learning intervention program rollout across all senior management levels in Singtel Group Consumer SG (600 pax)
  • Lead and successfully developed Competency Framework (Korn Ferry Leadership Architect) for Senior Officers (Product Managers) with department VP and Directors with highly positive feedback
