• Oversee and conduct continuous monitoring of security alerts and events to identify potential threats. Utilize SIEM tools to analyze logs and data from various sources for anomaly detection

• Provide 24x7 Private Managed Cloud infrastructure support to ensure smooth operations that conformed to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities such as service requests, report generation, incident response, and patch management.
• Perform Cloud infrastructure monitoring and escalation as per standard operations procedures
• Assist Government Agencies in solving issues related to Private Managed Cloud platforms.
• Provide support to Government Agencies on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Hypervisor and Middleware
• Responsible for 24x7 health check of infrastructure such as, Firewall, Web Proxy, SFTP, SMTP, Vulnerability Management Scanners, NIPS, HIPS, Server Host, Hyperconverged Host.
• Responsible for monitoring of Network Devices, Server Host, Hyperconverged Host to ensure its availability
• Responsible for bandwidth monitoring of infrastructure such as ISP and cross DC and Backup link.

• Responsible for the overall management of IT functions of the organization.
• Perform day-to-day management in network and systems administration, network security, disaster recovery, systems backup & maintenance.
• Assist Program Director, Sales Manager in Pre-Sales, Tender Bidding, projects planning and scoping and technical solution.
• Design a Network and System architecture based on clients’ requirements and specification.
• Perform Infrastructure project implementation and project hand over to the Managed Service Team
• Perform Network devices configuration of Router, Wireless Router, Switches and Firewall.
• Perform Server or System configuration of Exchange Server, File Server, System Virtualization, and Application.
• Perform Project Documentation and Reports Submission for Projects.
• Managing distributors, vendors, and contractors on sourcing for IT services and products.
• Conduct technical training to the managed service team that been assigned to project sites.
• Escalation and liaison with vendor upon arrival with replacement parts.
• Manage hardware and software inventory check (Hardware and Software asset tagging)

• Perform initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve an incident/issue
• Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention.
• Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement.
• Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
• Maintains internal procedural standards relating to support role as required
• Analyze potential infrastructure security incidents to determine if incident qualifies as a legitimate security breach.

• Monitor the performance & availability of systems using The Dude and Cacti.
• Provide L1 support and dispatch trouble tickets to L2 and L3 field engineers in Jamaica.
• Provide L2 technical support at local customers’ sites.
• Configure Proof of concepts for deployment.
• Configuration Access Controller, Radios, Access Points and Bridges. (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti and Altai)
• Provide schedule and reports on the performance of each member of NOC.
• Provide documentation used in project implementations such as procedures, flowcharts, network diagram etc.
