  • Key Responsibility / Achievement
  • I was involved in setting up a remote support center for infrastructure services for enterprise business which include, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding engineers with capabilities to IT infrastructure support services, infra as a code automation, ServiceNow, Devops infrastructure administration, Infrastructure monitoring support.
  • Assisted key accounts to enhance the IT infra-automation process, tools and Infra as a code use cases to improve support and maintenance of the key accounts IT infrastructure environment. Measure the success factors, the efficiency gained through automation and present to key stakeholders the advantages gained.
  • I was also identified to head the Infrastructure for Day 1 activities for a key project for a government agency to build, deploy, test and ready for operations for the IT infrastructure constructs for the entire project. On top of the IT infrastructure services, I was also leading the team to deploy ServiceNow ITSM process and tool, CMDB, service discovery and integration with other constructs for example (PIM, APM, Infra Monitoring, SIEM etc.)
