• Carry out audit procedures in accordance with audit plan and SSAs.

• Process and validate vendor invoice/e-claims according to applicable policy.
• Prepare payment proposal and execute payments according to approval matrix and authorization levels.
• Work with the local finance to arrange for release of payments.
• Ensure all payments executed are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly report such as AP Aging on a timely basis.
• Support all closing activities, and other tasks given by team lead.
• Respond and engage to all queries from all stakeholders.

• Provide support to Client Finance Leads with their respective billings for all Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) APAC clients. Assist with ensuring all billing / revenue data is captured accurately within PeopleSoft Financial (PSF) and provide monthly aging reports, billing summaries and any other ad-hoc reports. Perform UAT within PSF and coordinate with APAC Governance on overall process improvements within the C2C modules. Liaise with respective local / APAC Finance Teams across APAC on month end close
• Liaise closely with Client Finance Leads to understand their billing requirements and provide advice wherever applicable.

• Identify unethical behavior and react based on the applicable ethical principles.
• Team leads various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by a less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement.
• Works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement.

• Conducted walkthroughs of client accounting processes, analyze organizational internal controls, and identify potential risks of material financial misstatement to properly plan engagements and promote efficient completion of fieldwork.
