- Successfully led Nikko's Greater China team of 6 portfolio managers and analysts since 2015 to achieve a peak AUM of USD3bn
- Spearheaded the development of NAM's China JV in Shenzhen by managing the relationship with our domestic onshore partner, hiring and retaining talent and establishing institutional quality investment process within the team. This enabled the JV to launch 3 new China thematic funds (on top of the various onshore institutional products), one of which raised USD2bn in peak AUM
- Managing Asia Ex-Japan, Asia ex-Japan small caps, All China strategies (pure A-share, China Innovation, China consumption, Greater China, All China, China Renewable and blended China onshore and offshore strategies)

- TAAM has 15 employees before being acquired by Nikko Asia Asset Management Pte Ltd - which we then joined to manage all its Asia ex-Japan assets
- Instrumental in managing the marketing, operational and compliance functions and the set up of the Singapore office (before 2008, TAAM was only based in Sydney)
