- Founded Little Farms in 2016, Singapore's award winning neighborhood all natural gourmet grocer, butcher, cafe and ecommerce platform.
- Opening the first gourmet grocery store in 2016 and grew the business to six supermarkets and five restaurants, grossing an annual revenue of SGD $47million in 2023.
- Voted #1 in both the Gourmet and International Food and Organic Health categories in Singapore magazine Expat Living’s 2020 Reader’s Choice Awards.
- Oversees an operational team of 450 team members over 5 operating business units.
- Spearheaded the design, construction and project management of the all build out, operational set up and openings of all business units.
- Successfully raised funding from private and institutional investors to fund growth capital for the business. In 2023 arranged funding from Heliconia Capital Management Pte. Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore's sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
- Developed and redefined the supply chain for fresh produce in Singapore. Created Singapore's first direct to farm and artisanal suppliers supply chain. Our 24 hour direct to consumer supply chain, sourcing capabilities enable us to maximise the freshness of our products, provide more unique products and share savings with our customers.
