• Check in and check out guest as well as assisting them with their request
• Conducted room checks daily to ensure that rooms are kept up to company’s standard
• Answered multi-line phone system to respond to inquiries and transfer calls to correct departments and personnel.
• Greeted visitors and customers upon arrival, offered assistance, and answered questions to build rapport and retention.
• Contacted housekeeping staff and maintenance department to resolve issues with guest rooms.

Workshop

• Servicing of Vehicles based on packages, P1, P2, P3, Removing of Exhausts and bumpers, Basic diagnosis

Parts Store

• Finding of parts and part number, Retrieving Parts from store and issuing out parts to workshop, Stock in new parts into system and bin location

Front Counter

• Handling booking of Servicing Slots, receiving customers, Opening Repair Orders and Job Codes, Invoicing.

• Collection of payment for membership fees
• Conduct morning round around the gym to ensure that gym is safe for usage as well as its cleanliness
• Teach gym users on the proper way of using the gym equipments
• Have given recommendations of some exercises to go along with the equipment
