  • Have managed more than 3,000 training places for the local rail sectorto date. This includes:
  • Facilitating the diagnosis of the current training landscape and propose appropriate learning interventions to fill existing training needs/gaps
  • Working with trainers/Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) on programme scheduling, slides management etc
  • Sourcing and procuring of suitable external services for programmes
  • Plan the annual training development budget to ensure financial sustainability and robustness
  • Handling of publicity, inquires, logistics and other administrative matters for every programme
  • Launched and administered the Associate Faculty Scheme since 2018
  • Assist in the implementation of an effective learning solutions that houses both the training management system and learning management system
