I worked in the General Medicine and Surgery Wards, where I took charge of nursing care for up to14 patients, for6 years. I have also worked in a pandemic ward taking care of COVID patients for a year in2020 and in ED for10 months from June2023 to March2024, honing my abilities in rapid assessment, and critical decision-making. I have demonstrated proficiency in providing high-quality patient care under pressure and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in urgent medical situations. I have guided the junior nurses and student nurses to develop their clinical skills and build confidence in their nursing practices while providing optimal patient care to achieve desired patient outcomes. I am a good team player and work well with colleagues to provide optimal patient care. I stay calm and focused under pressure, ensuring patient safety is always the priority. My communication skills help me connect with patients and their families, creating a caring and supportive environment. I am committed to continuous learning to improve my skills and provide better patient care.

Currently I am working as a locum at TCF@West, where i take charge of 10-14 patients, providing wound care, care giver training to patients and families, and discharge planing.
