I started as a part-timer in 2006 and went full-time in 2007. SRI Pte Ltd is the current company that I work in. My previous real estate companies include Propnex & ERA

• Report directly to CEO and manage the Business Operations Dept with assistance of two Business Administrators
• Handles all purchase orders from 20 or more different countries (mobile operators, for eg, Singtel)
• Plan & forecast Smart Card IC order and negotiation of prices with suppliers
• Follow up with various vendors on artwork design to ensure compliance with corporate and customer requirement
• Liaise with vendors who are in charge of the production process (IC, card printing) to ensure quality of goods produced and timely delivery
• Issue and negotiation of Letter of Credit (LC)
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with freight forwarders with regard to pricing structure and delivery/pick up schedule
• Handles all accounts payables and receivables relating to orders
• Liaise with Chamber of Commerce, Inspection company and various government agencies
• Liaise with various bankers (DBS, UOB, HSBC, ANZ etc) for financing options or LC related matters
• Set up order & payment database and ensure timely data entry by administrator
• Ensure documentation and operational procedures are according to ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
• Monthly closure of product sales via Quickbook Pro software system
• Assist in Tender bond application process
• Stock inventory control
• All Marketing activities with regard to company branding (Brochures, Events, Signage etc) – including the pre and post IPO launch activities
• In charge of product exhibitions (local and overseas) planning and execution. This includes liaison with vendors/contractors, design and setting up of exhibition booth and production of premiums/collateral etc
• Negotiate with hotel and travel agents for corporate rates.
• Putting up of weekly/monthly reports for management meeting • Handle major ad-hoc projects
• In charge of planning of annual incentive trip for company staff
