EI EI SOE (JU JUE)

• Review new project information from Director/ Engineer
• Take conceptual brief of the design proposal
• Assist to produce shop drawing for the submission to client / consultants
• Prepare construction drawings for the project team once project awarded
• Carry out revisions as per designers instructions
• Prepare coordination drawings and compile as-built drawings for submission
• Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by Project Team
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings

• Draft and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities for approval
• Prepare shop drawing for the submission to consultants and construction at site
• Prepare as-built drawings and coordination drawings as per the instruction of Manager and Engineers
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels
• Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline
• On time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings and maintain soft copy of achieve drawings

· Prepare Architectural drawings (building, interior design, furniture detail and landscape layout)

· Prepare shop drawing for relevant Civil Engineer works

· Draft plans and detailed drawings for construction projects working from sketches

· Drafting of Interior Decoration & Renovation using Auto CAD software

· Setting out accommodation layout plan and furnishing

· Prepare detailed working drawing in 2D plans, elevations and sections

· Presentation of drawings in 3D perspective for client

· Two dimension, three dimension and relevant Civil Engineer works

· Architectural drawings
