Pre Tender Stage

• Take off quantities, prepare Bill of quantity and produce quotation for Structural steel /painting work.
• Prepare detail cost estimate and budget costing summary
• Support contract manager on Contact administration and review contract document and drawings, identify project requirements. (Familiar with PSSCOC /SIA condition of contact)
• Liaise with client on all contractual matters, involve in preparing budject cost controls.
• Conducted feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Documentation for awarded project .

Post Contract Stage

• Coordinate with project team members for awarded project and participate in kick off/project meeting .
• Prepare and submit commercial claims and supporting documents
• To access and identify changes on site with project team and prepare variation order
• Monitored project progress to identify and address changes in project scope or budget.
• Follow up the claim in a timely manner for cash flow and provide project reports and update to management.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' payments according to SOP Act.
• Reviewed and approved invoices and payments, verifying accuracy of expenses.
• Finalizing and closing out of project account.

Post Contract

• Performed measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Prepare bill of quantities and prepare contractual correspondences related to projects.
• Call quotation, cost comparison of the received and negotiated quotations, subcontract award
• Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues
• Assist in material procurement.
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, Leadtime and product availability, prepare Purchase order, monitor delivery schedule
• Monitoring of subcontractor's work progress
• Evaluation of the monthly work done, submission of the monthly progress claim and issue payment response
• Handle project from award of contract till completion including final account
• Collaborate with the clients, consultants, sub-contractors/suppliers for payments/claims approval.

• Taking off Quantity for tender
• Preparation of tender submission and maintain tender documentation repository, ensuring all necessary documents are organized.
• Obtaining quotation and do up evaluation for quotation, cost comparison.
• Prioritized tasks effectively during peak tender periods to ensure all deadlines were met.
• Prepare progress payment certificate for subcontractors and Checking bills depending upon the work done of sub-Contractors
• Assist in progress claim and payment certificate for project.

• Preparation of tender submission for PSSCOC Form of contract
• Carry out Quantity take-off and cost estimation for tendering
• Source materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors, comparison of quotes, review prices and ensure to comply tender requirement
• Attend site show round and meeting
• Liaise with client /consultants in the administrative of project
• Preparation of Interim valuation and progress claim
• Evaluation and certificate of subcontractors' progress payments and assist final account
• Other Ad hoc duties assigned by contract manager
