  • Successfully won Asia Pizza Hut cheese tender via demonstrating assured supply, value added services. As a result, secured three years cheese supply agreement, maintained all existing share of wallets across 13 countries in Asia plus the new market of Japan.
  • Successfully delivered supply strategy and lifted global McDonald’s supplier performance measures from the score of 65% to 95% within two years. Helped the sales team win additional share of wallets as we demonstrated our strong supply chain performance.
  • Assured supply with minimum supply disruption. Despite the global shipping disruption and fluid demand driven by COVID, we managed to maintain the schedule integrity rate (DIFOT) at 60% above the global schedule integrity rate of 40%.
