Successfully won Asia Pizza Hut cheese tender via demonstrating assured supply, value added services. As a result, secured three years cheese supply agreement, maintained all existing share of wallets across 13 countries in Asia plus the new market of Japan.
Successfully delivered supply strategy and lifted global McDonald’s supplier performance measures from the score of 65% to 95% within two years. Helped the sales team win additional share of wallets as we demonstrated our strong supply chain performance.
Assured supply with minimum supply disruption. Despite the global shipping disruption and fluid demand driven by COVID, we managed to maintain the schedule integrity rate (DIFOT) at 60% above the global schedule integrity rate of 40%.
