With over 9 years of experience in change management and process improvement within Human Resources across various global organizations, I have successfully innovated processes that positively impact profit margins, efficiency, and quality. My outgoing personality has helped me effectively engage stakeholders and promote new methodologies.

In my current role as People Services Project Manager at Coca-Cola, I support product releases and commercialization initiatives in the APAC region for Jack Daniel's & Coca-Cola, LemonDou, Sprite Lemon & Minute Maid 200% Orange products as well as assist with HR global restructures. I focus on strategic planning and execution to ensure successful project outcomes.

My certification as a Scrum Master empowers me to facilitate agile methodologies, organize sprint meetings, and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. Additionally, I have developed my content creation skills through training with Applearn and Adobe Premiere, enabling me to produce engaging materials that align with project objectives.

Outside of work, I pursue my passion for film by writing scripts and directing short films, as well as participating in screenplay and theater acting. This creative outlet enhances my project management capabilities and offers a unique perspective on storytelling and audience engagement.
